like i was boxing with a friend and he grabbed my arm and twisted it and it hurt like a ***** ever since then i cant hold any thing heavy cuz it twists it to an angle that makes it hurt ( well i can but it always twists my wrists so it hurts) so like yea its like a sharp pain and stuff any helps.?Health Question & Answer

I twisted wrist gets better in a few weeks. Whatever happen, it's worse than a sprain. There could be broken bones or torn ligaments. Time to go see a doctor.Health Question & Answer
