What can I do to fall asleep faster?!
Question: What can I do to fall asleep faster.?
Usually I find myself restless for at least an hour before I can actually fall asleep. What can I do to help me fall asleep faster.

good. u should not take any aids unnecessarily.
try this: set a time that u can keep every day. doesnt matter if ur tired or not. go to bed at the same time every day.
get up at the same time every day. this will "set" ur internal clock work back in order.
before bed, dont do anything that might stimulate ur brain. a good book is usually a way. try something boring at first til u get a hang of things, then u can move to what u like. drink a cup of tea or warm milk with honey anything soothing to u.and no lights or music, too stimulating for some. NO SODA with caffeine at least 4 hrs before bedtime. cafeine intake has a factor in that.
if all else fails

I had the same problem until I regularly started smoking weed.. But if you don't want to try that here are some options..
Try working out about an hour before you try to go to sleep. Good tea always helps me relax so try drinking a cup before you go to bed. meditation or reading can help too..
