hello im 13 and i cant go to sleep i have school the next day and it takes me HOURS to start getting sleepy...iv already tried these...
warm baths, warm milk, reading a book, listining to music, and watching tv and of course i cant take alcohol or tabacco and i dont take sleepping pills...i dont know anything else PLEASE help!!!!! easy 10 pt. have you ever gotten any aroma therapy stuff to put in your warm bath.? Like some lavender bath salts or something. Then lay down about an hour or so earlier so your body is relaxed.
If you continue to not be able to sleep you may should see a doctor. Not getting enough sleep over a long period of time isnt healthy.
