Question: How can i stop my heartburn.?

I dont know if it is heartburn, but it hurts right under my chest and i take medicine and it works for a couple of months but then it comes back really painful and during school it hurts and whenever it is gone it comes right back in a couple of minutes.Health Question & Answer

One idea would be to keep a food diary. Certain foods can make heartburn worse so you might be able to eliminate it to some degree.
