I feel so sick right now, but only nauseous. It's all up in my head and I really do not want to puke, so I'm laying in my bed to try and make it go away. Will it, or is my body going to keep pressuring me until I give in.?Health Question & Answer

i know of two things that might help, bring your knees up towards your chest when sitting on your bed (this helps me) or try lying on your stomach (helps my O/H).Health Question & Answer
