A lot of pain in my arm...help?!

Question: A lot of pain in my arm...help.?

Okay. I've had this problem for about a week now. I have this extreme soreness (sorry, I couldn't think of any other adjective, lol) in my forearm. The pain appears to be on the side of my pinky running down the muscle in my arm. The pain is everpresent, but is the worst when I turn my arm and hand palm up. What could it be.?
