Question: My ankle really hurts!!! help please! 10 easy points!.?
During soccer today i hurt BOTH of my ankles, i don't know what it is... if its just sore or twisted ex. can someone please help me tell what it is, i need to know how long it will hurt for!
1. Sore a little above the ankle, and behind
2. Not swollen
3. Hurts if i twist it outwards
4. Hard to walk, but no TOOO bad. kind of stiff

Answers:
Peroneal tendonitis or tear. They are the tendons (2) that go from the back of your foot laterally on the outside of your ankle.
Put ice on it 10 min.
Heat if having spasm.
Go to podiatrist for X-ray & diagnosis.
May need orthotics, physical therapy.
