Soooo tired but can't go to sleep!!!!!?!


Question: Soooo tired but can't go to sleep!!!!!.?
ok so i always have such a hard time falling asleep on sunday nights and sometimes during the week when i have school the next day. i never have this problem on weekends but whenever i have school the next morning i cant fall asleep no matter how tired i am! ill lay there for hours and hours and then be miserable the next day because i didnt get any sleep. that will usually happen a few times a week so i usually have to get though 2 or 3 days on about 3 hours of sleep. now every night i start worrying all day whether or not ill be able to sleep that night! i had a sleepover last night and got NO sleep, but i know that i wont be able to fall asleep tonight and I'm going to be dead tomorrow for school. do you have any idea why this could be happening or any suggestions to help me.? ive tried everything!


also, i had some problems with anxiety and getting dizzy a few months back, and it's slowly getting better but for a while i was terrified of going to school bc i almost passed out. could that have anything to do with this.?

okay. i have the same problem, listen to some really kick@$$ relaxing music on an iPod. But dont go looking through your ipod or youll never get tired.
Make an album called "relaxing music" and just listen to that all night. dont worry about turning it off. If you only have ONE relaxing song, turn "repeat" ON, so you dont have to keep replaying it.

A good relaxing song is "Breathe by Telepopmusik"

also. chill all your muscles, dont try to open your eyes, put NO FORCE into them.

Stay warm, dont move around a lot. And forget about all your school work, or whatever...this is YOUR TIME TO CHILLLLL, and no dang teacher should take that away from you :)
