Totally completely normal. Nothing at all to worry about. If you were all the way relaxed, sure 120 is a better reading. But the 64 on the bottom is excellent. The 128 is completely normal and nothing to worry about at all I promise. it has to get to 140/80 to be highHealth Question & Answer

Your anxiety can have something to do with this. I am a normally relaxed person but last time I went to the doctor's I was super nervous (I was only going in for the flu, but I too am pretty anxious) and it was awful! I was so nervous I couldn't sit still and the nurse was mad at me and I had a really high reading.

So, yes.Health Question & Answer

This is a low and normal blood pressure. I have a family history of low blood pressure, typically 110-120 over 60-65.Health Question & Answer

It's pretty normal. If you have anxiety, you were probably feeling it at the Dr. office. A lot of people get a faster heart rate and higher B/P when they visit their Dr.Health Question & Answer
