yeah its the good ol carpel tunnel syndrome. thats what it sounds like. well... its either b6 or b12 thats supposed to help. but... give the hand rest. thats the best. but its something that should be talked about with a doctor for sure. it can become extremely painful. typingwith your wrists the wrong way can cause it.. or aggravate it. usually cause by repetitive movements. like typing. or playing too much video games. or bowling too much. and its been my experience that a wrist brace makes it worse.Health Question & Answer

The first thing that would come to mind is arthritis. So, anything with calcium would help, if it is that. More information would be helpful. Such as age, did it suddenly occur, or did the pain increase over a period of time, did she absorb impact with her wrists.?.?.?

Best bet is to see a doctor.Health Question & Answer

carpal tunnel syndromeHealth Question & Answer

Have her go to the ER or to her doctors ASAP.

It could be carpal tunnel, arthritis or any thing else. If she can't go to the doctors and the ER buy a bandage for her wrist. That should support the wrist.Health Question & Answer
