Tylenol won't thin your blood; that's asprin or ibuprofen.
Don't do it again, ok.? They have limits for a reason! It probably won't hurt you, but too much Tylenol can cause liver damage or even failure! I don't think 5 is enough to do it, but call your pharmacist just in case, ok.?
Numb your lips with some maximum strength oragel or something similar. It's still going to hurt (or be sore) for a few days after...just take the recommended dose of ALEVE if you can have it. (That's NO MORE than 3 in 24 hours, ok.?)
The aleve should help relieve the worst of the pain..but truthfully, you can't put holes in your body with zero pain, ok.?Health Question & Answer

Take only 2 extra strength tylenol or 800mg of ibuprofen before you get pierced. Exceeding the dose won't help and it might hurt your kidneys.
Piercing dose hurt, but usually only for the time that the piercing is being done. It's a sharp quick pain. After the piercing, the piercer will give you an idea of how to reduce pain and swelling as well as care for the piercing.Health Question & Answer

Freeze the area with something known as "Oragel" found in most pharmacies. Another idea is ice. Do NOT take any painkillers, they'll thin the blood and cause it to actually hurt for longer. Sure, it won't hurt while the painkiller is active, but it will still hurt afterwards.Health Question & Answer
It will hurt and be sore no matter what, but never exceed the recommended dosage of any pain reliever or OTC medications. You should discuss pain management with your piercist before you decide to go through with it.Health Question & Answer
