I'm writing a vampire story and I have humans replenishing their blood by drinking some. Just wondering if that's complete BS or if it could work.Health Question & Answer

No you can't replenish your body by drinking it. This would only go into your digestive system and not into your blood supply. You would have to inject the blood to replenish it.Health Question & Answer
