Question: Does anyone take children's benadryl liquid for sleep.?
I take 4 teaspoons of it and it helps me sleep. Anyone do that, too.? I like it better than Tylenol PM.Health Question & Answer

Ha, ah god if that stuff would help me I would be sleeping right now instead of up and awake, I have been having a sleeping problem for a few days now, I've been up for almost two days.
