Question: Pain in my right testicle .?
hello I'm 22 years old and every day I run about 3-5 miles. but thursday I went out of town and I haven't done any exercise . today on the morning I ran 3 miles, and everything was good, but I just got home and I was taking a shower and I notice that my right testicle hurt. I don't see anything wrong with it. but it hurts when I touch it :(Health Question & Answer

did you support yourself with a JOCK if not you probably strained them , swingin two and fro .? try ice, motrin aleve type if it don't quiet down see your Dr soon its not uncommon to have cysts and one of my old pastors was 30 yrs and Dx with testicular cancer and is a survivor another friend was 28 dx and died he felt a lump and ignored it , so make an appt to be safe!Health Question & Answer
it could be anything mild to serious.what kind of pain stabbing- intermittent- jolting- ringing.? could be the beginning of an inguinal hernia or even vericoceze. just by way of a man's's anatomy there are many blood vessels,and sperm tubes and could be a spermatic spasm causing it to twist.if it comes untwisted fine but if you have prolonged or frequent pain it will obstruct circulation and a surgeon will have to operate to untwist .if the pain prolongs or if you see a lump growing go see the doc.you don't want anything to happen to ruin your future chances of fertility.you may want to get it checked out anyway so you will have peace of mind and understand your chances of a future in running.Health Question & Answer
