ok so after track practice and the next day my ankles are really sore and i can barely walk. Today at track when i was doing high jump it hurt so bad to run up to the pole. I dont think its my shoes. But what could i do to relieve the pain!Health Question & Answer

You should try having your ankles and heels taped by your coach b4 practices and meets. Some people have stronger joints the others so it could be your feet are taking the majority of the shock. What you could also do is only put your spikes on right before your event. There is little to no padding in most track shoes so you could alos get some gel insoles.
