Answers:
Wash the cut with soap and water completely to remove any dirt or foreign materials that may cause an infected wound. To keep the wound clean and dry, cover it with a sterile non-sticking dressing and bandage. Without scrubbing, wash the wound daily and apply a sterile non-sticking dressing and bandage until it has completely healed. You can apply a disinfectant to the affected area, but some doctors feel that putting products like alcohol, iodine, or hydrogen peroxide on the area may delay healing.
Keep the cut moist at all times with lotion or gel and keep bandage.
Do not let the cut dry out or scab over.Clean with mild soap and water every day. Keep it moist until well heal. This will heal the cut twice as fast and keep the scaring down.
