Question: Is it unhealthy to sleep naked with an animal in your bed.?
I sleep naked and my cats sleep with me and so does my dog. Sometimes they are under the covers with me... is this unhealthy.? Could it cause an infection or anything.?Health Question & Answer

I don't think so, as long as they have been checked out by a vet and you aren't alergic to them, you should be okay. It's important that they get regular checkups to make sure that they don't have anything bad like worms or fleas. I don't sleep naked but I do sometimes fall asleep with my rats on my bed (they are pets...not dirty sewer rats). Sometimes they like to crawl up my pant leg cause its warm and cozy and I have never gotten any infections or anything like that. As long as the animals don't have anything then you can catch anything. The only thing you might have a problem with is itchy fur on delicate skin.Health Question & Answer
