Sleeping problems..........?!


Question: Sleeping problems...........?
ok so like this morning around 7am i tried to go to sleep and i dosed off but woke up like 30 minutes later and then i dose off again ...same thing

why did i keep on waking up .? why did i not just sleep for about 7 or 8 hours like i have normally been doing it.?Health Question & Answer

Hey this is a common problem most of us face and this could be due to various reason but even before we hit the doctors clinic its better you try and adopt a few ways to check why u face problems falling asleep.

1. Go to bed at the same time everyday, make sure you don't sleep at 9 PM one day and 2 AM another.

2. Make sure you don't have a sugar rush or consume Coffee before you go to sleep.

3. also see to that you are not full stomach before you sleep.

4. One should have adequate activities to burn off calories for the day.

5. Again as mentioned by our other friends it could be due to stress or you should be preoccupied with too many things.

Could it be your clock.? I used to wake up every night at the same time. Then I figured out it was the bright numbers on my clock. Put your clock on the floor to see if it helps.Health Question & Answer
