If you're drinking a lot of water along with peeing that often, there's a high chance you might be diabetic. You're body makes you drink so that the water can help do the job your insulin is supposed to do. I would definitely go to a doctor. If you don't you could develop ketoacidosis
Ketoacidosis usually develops slowly. But when vomiting occurs, this life-threatening condition can develop in a few hours. The first symptoms are:
* Thirst or a very dry mouth
* Frequent urination (your symptom)
* High blood glucose (sugar) levels
* High levels of ketones in the urine
* Next, other symptoms appear
* Constantly feeling tired
* Dry or flushed skin
* Nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain (Vomiting can be caused by many illnesses, not just ketoacidosis. If vomiting continues for more than 2 hours, contact your health care provider.)
* A hard time breathing (short, deep breaths)
* Fruity odor on breath
* A hard time paying attention, or confusion
Go to a doctor it might something and it might be nothing but just to be sure...Health Question & Answer

I like the diabetes answer- good one to get tested for-type 2 is under-diagnosed.
There is also a possibility you need to retrain your bladder if the frequency problem is from a weakening bladder (or possibly prolapsing, which a Birch procedure would correct- a simple sonogram would detect a prolapse). If you have had children, weakened muscles down there aren't too uncommon. Pilates, Kegel exercises and bladder retention exercises do wonders. Here's a site with retraining and other very interesting info regarding urge and frequency in absence of disease.Health Question & Answer
