sometimes when i kind of pig out one day, the next night ill wake up with real uncomfortable gas pains. then ill have to go number two. but its all loose. does that ever happen to anyone else.? is that normal.?Health Question & Answer

i think you practically answered your own question,and before you even asked it..it probably comes from your pigging out..eating too much of certain kinds of food can lead to bloated-ness (too much gas in your system). you may want to think back on what it is you eat that gives you these gas pains,and experiment (not excessively,of course) to see if you're especially sensitive to that kind of food.
if avoiding that food doesn't reduce your instances of gas pains, try cutting another type of food, or avoid pigging out ;)Health Question & Answer
