Question: How does Oxycodone may affect the liver when mix with alcohol.?
I took an Oxycodone 20mg one night and the next day I drank a couple of beers.Now I have a pain in my right abdomen ,and I don't know if that's due to all of this.Can someone let me know about it.?Please serious answer.I went to the doctor and they didn't see anything wrong with my liver but I didn't say anything about the pill Oxycodone I had taken.I also had an operation of my gallbladder 7 years ago.I have a pain that travels all over my right abdomen.Health Question & Answer

The oxycodone contains the pain reliver acetemediphine which is known as a brand like tylonol. Acetemediphine is harmful enough to your liver, but mixed with alcohol turns poisonous to your system. If you are drinking, you should never use acetemediphine, go with ibuprophen. I have taken plenty of hydrocodone while drinking, which has a high acetemediphine agent in it, so taking 1 pill I would highly, highly doubt you destroyed or damged your liver, but do not mix with alcohol!!Health Question & Answer
Serious answer. STOP MIXING THESE TWO! iF your liver is fine it will not be for long and I do not need to be a doctor to tell you this. This is a horrible mix man. Your intensifying these two drugs mostly making you more drunk and your opening up avenues for more problems and it can result in some legal consequences.
You need to be in a DUI counseling class like you need a hole in the head or Tom M. as your counselor! And if you don't know who he is, keep it that way. Tom is a horrible name for any counselor now. I assume your taking these things recreationally. You do not take OxyContin unless you are in pain man. Smoke weed, do anything for a high, leave these for those that need them!

It can turn to eathonal and kill you. amounts differ for different people. They have taken drugs off malet because if you drink you can die like ER hydromorphone which you can not drink with and duragesic which will kill fast.Health Question & Answer
