How do you make a injured ankle worse?!


Question: How do you make a injured ankle worse.?
I know, I know, this is a really weird question. But I need everyone's help. I tripped on my ankel and it sometimes hurts. Of course it didn't swell or turn purple. I think something is wrong with it cause it is starting to turn inward instead of outward (I my foot collaspes everytime I walk, its normal.) My mom says she believes me, but she doesn't. She would take me to the doctors if it was purple or swollen, but since it won't, I need help to make it worse. I know it sounds really weird, but please help me.Health Question & Answer

I know it may seem like a big deal that you hurt it in some way and want it looked at. Personally i sprained both of my ankles 4 times and tore my achilies tendon in one of them.

Chances of you injuring it more just to make it swell or turn purple you will probably do something serious to it. A sprain, maybe a fracture.

Just know that once you hurt it the first time its never the same again!

It will always and forever be a weaker ankle then it was to begin with, and it will forever bother you ever now and then.

The only cure for sprains and tendon injuries is to stay off of it.. so even if it is not swollen or doesnt hurt ice it and heat it for 20 minutes. and repeat. Stay off of it every chance you get!

Thats all i reccommend.

But if you really want to hurt it more have a friend or someone kick you on the outside of your ankle as hard as they can.

or roll it to the side (outside) while you are running or jogging. You will fall but it will sprain.

You can jump and turn your toes under so you land on the top of your foot (with the weight in that foot)

I do not reccommend you jumping off a tall building or onject onto a hard surface. You can break your heal and that doesnt bruise. it only swells on the bottom of your foot and makes it so you totally cannot walk.Health Question & Answer

um i dont know . i think you should just go to a walk in or hospital yourself. you dont need your mom to be there.
but if you really insist on hurting your ankle , i dont know , jump off some really high place and land on your hurt ankle. lol i cant believe i am answering this question. but yeah that oughta do it, but you'll prolly break it.
