Question: Is a cracking sound in the lower back a common sound produced when you bend your knee.?
This has never happened to me until now.
When I bend my knee at a 90 degree angle, I hear and feel a crack in my back. Others hear it too.

some cracking and popping is normal however you do need to do regular stretches and get some excersice too. if there is pain you may try a chiropractor. it can help!Health Question & Answer
