I am a 15 year old female and am very concerned.. I have had Abdominal cramps for about 2 days now and i have had diarrhoea for about 3 days.. I can't eat because it will just go right through me right away.. I am scared to as what the problem could be.. Someone please help me right away! Health Question & Answer
