Get something cold out of the freezer, wrap it in a tea towel and put it on your eyes. I suffer from migraines and it is the only thing that will get rid of them. Hope you feeel better soon.Health Question & Answer

Depends on the kind of headache.
If it`s a migraine, then I`m afraid you have to take a drug of some sort.
If it`s Sinus related, then Steam Inhalation works great.
If it`s pain under the eyelids( I get a lot of that )
I just take some ice cubes and wrap it in a soft cloth and rub over eyes, I follow this up with applying a heated cloth over the same area.

Works for me!

Hope you feel better soon!Health Question & Answer
