maybe u could rest ur ankle a couple days and ice it for 20 minutes each hour. maybe take some medicine if u have any pain. and wrap it. if it doesnt feel better in a few days then go to the doctors.Health Question & Answer
Well, you've given almost no information about how your hurt it, whats wrong, whether its swollen/bruised/painful/numb or whether you are able to walk on it so in many ways you leave little choice but to recommend the obvious which is go to the doctor.
In the short term, all that can reasonably be recommended is basic first aid....ice it (20 minutes on/20 minutes off-bag of frozen peas often works well), elevate, and Motrin/Advil to decrease the inflammation. Stay off of it too. If you have an ace bandage you may want to wrap it because the compression will also decrease the inflammation. If you're not feeling better in 48 hours stop being stubborn and go to the doctor.Health Question & Answer
