Pain in my left lower pelvic?!

Question: Pain in my left lower pelvic.?

Could this be related to my Ovaries.? It has been hurting for 3 days... I have this sharp pain and then i have been gassy... I was reading on Ovaries problems and gas is one of the issues... im not on my period. Health Question & Answer

could be pressure from gas but more likely an ovarian cyst or uti. you don't need to have sex to get a uti or kidney infection it's just more common that way. see a doctorHealth Question & Answer
