There are ways that it could theoretically interfere indirectly, but I would think that would hamper the beginning of a pregnancy, if at all.

my best friends husband is also on anti depressents....and they have one child that is 11 months...and just found out yesterday that another is on the way...she gets pregnant the first time they try...so i would think that it is not a side effect...however...goodle the medication and see if it is a side effect or talk to your/his doctor even the pharmasistHealth Question & Answer
