Advice on Sleep patterns.?!


Question: Advice on Sleep patterns..?
I need some advice about sorting my body clock out. For about a month i was unemployed and at that time i stayed up until about 5am daily doing various things that one would do during the day.

Now i've started a job, i need to be up at 8am some mornings, but can't seem to sleep until about 4am/5am in the morning, awkwardly. I wake up shattered, but i still can't sort my sleep pattern out.

Some days in work, i dont have to be in until 12am, so i can't naturally sort out my sleep pattern by exhaustion technique.

in the evening time, you should excersice to make yourself tired and worn out, this will cause you to fall asleep (depending on how long you work out for) Your body will like rest, and hopefully you'll sleep like a baby until it's time for work. Health Question & Answer
