I was carrying like 30 pounds of grocery bags in on one hand and the bag was cutting off circulation and making my baby finger hurt and now its numb and I cant feel it!! its been 5 minutesHealth Question & Answer

hold it below your heart and try moving your hand and pumping it you know making a fist letting it go and try moving your finger. you need to keep you hand below your heart so the blood flows to it. same theory when you cut something or hurt something you have to put above your head or elevate it so it doesn't swell or bleed out because the blood can't climb up per say your body. you should feel you heartbeat in your finger once your blood starts flowing more in your finger and hand. good luck. it's no biggie you'll be fine though.Health Question & Answer
