Question: Not throwing up, but just plain sick-what to eat.?
I don't have a stomach virus or anything, just feeling really lethargic and low fever. I like really bland, particularly starchy foods when I'm sick, so any ideas there.? And, I'm weird, but I HATE soup when I'm sick. Makes me feel like I'm gonna send it back up. Any ideas.?Health Question & Answer

Well, I always eat jello in its liquid state, its quite refreshing! also, gatorade is good to.
Food-wise, I like rice (no spices), egg noodles, toast with little or no butter, applesauce, oatmeal, and if I'm sick for a long time baby food... It sounds gross, but actually it is bland but it has a taste of the flavor you get! I recommend Gerber or Beechwood, and DON'T get the mac&cheese flavor... bleacchhh... But blueberry buckle, sweet potatoes, and Hawaiian medley is always really good!Health Question & Answer
