Get your Iron checked and also your B12 - you could be anemic which would cause all of these symptoms. You can take Iron pills and you can also take a B Complex pill every day or if you are severely deficient you can get the B12 shots every month.Health Question & Answer
I'm guessing it's from low protein. Eat at least 2 servings of beans until you get better, the switch to one. I'm really, really sorry that this has been happening to you:)

low iron is common in women not to mention women vegetarians. Get some iron supplements and find a good source of protein (nails are protein).Health Question & Answer
