This morning I noticed my back was bent over my pillows that was laying under me and now my back hurts a lot. What should I do.?

1. Is it your muscles or is it your actual bones in your spine.?
I would say the best thing you can do, also to reiterate others answers, is to stretch out your back muscles, and take a couple ibuprofen to relax and remove any inflammation that may have occurred.
