It is normal to develop painful swelling beneath one or both nipples early during puberty. It will disappear after a few weeks or months. It happens in both sexes, although not everyone experiences it.Health Question & Answer

I have three boys and they went through the exact thing at your age, it is from puberty, however if you have any dishcharge or it doesnt go away after a few months you should see you family doctor, not many people realize it but boys can get breast cancer, however i feel it is a simple case of puberty!!!
