a long nap, or go to bed early tonight. (you gotta make up for the time you lost!) an apple is equivalent to caffeine (waking up wise) so eat an apple! it's healthy and has no caffeine! the human system needs shut-down time. you get sick (literally) without enough sleep. you can't focus or learn properly either!Health Question & Answer
Hi! Camila,
A good sleep is a must but being alive and fully self-conscious are equally vital. So, I suggest "auto-suggestion" i.e. positive self-talk. This 'self-talk' can be in the form of prayer to God or calming oneself with positive thoughts.
I once had to literally jump out of bed, disturbed by a terrible dream. And the way I went about finding myself is by realising that it was only a dream; I'm still alive; I need a better sleep and always go back to a better sleep etc. or pray (positive auto-suggestion).Health Question & Answer
