Can somebody tell me whats wrong?!

2 days ago i woke up with as i think (a broken rib) casue ive had it before and it was the exact feeling... but as the day went on my shoulder started to get really painful and by the first day i had 2 things really sore, the next day then my back ribs started to hurt, now day my collar bone is also sore.. I dotn no why this has linekd a chain reaction.? whats wrong can anybody tell me.?

also today i was laughing really hard, and my ribs was hurting soo bad and then i started to taste blood and i started to get naiases (nashes :S dotn no how to spell) becasue i swalled a lot of blood...
