Pins and needles in my hands and feet?!
Question: Pins and needles in my hands and feet.?
When I get stressed, argue or walk I get very painful pins and needles in my hands and arms sometimes my toes and feet. Anyone know what this is.?Health Question & Answer

Well, when you're stressed, your body and muscles tend to tense up....this could be pinching a nerve causing the pins and needles.
Speak to your healthcare provider in regards to the issue because if it isnt a pinched nerve it could be a muscle issue or a nerve issue. My hubby had a similar issue and he found that chiropractors will adjust your back, neck or any joint to relieve the pressure put on your nerves.
That and remember when you're stressed...its nice to relax in a warm bath with some aromatherapy and just forget the world exists...even if it is temporary :)Health Question & Answer

I think this is normal or maybe am getting it wrong. I get pins and neddles in my hands feet and arms when I don't shift for a while. All u have to do is just shift them for a minute it goes away.Health Question & Answer
