Question: I feel like i got hit by a truck in my sleep.?
Can bad air quality be the cause of all this.? I woke up with a stomach ache thats been coming and going. I got a headache that stays in the back of the head but doesn't throb. I also feel sluggish and what not even though i can usually just tough it out and ignore everything. also my upper body is sore from messing around last night but im pretty fit and it is hard for me to get sore at all. whats going on and why am i procrastinating 8 hours worth of school work.?Health Question & Answer

check your diet, it can really affect sleep and how you feel in the morning, air quality can also be a factor too, try to use an air purifier in your room all the time, or keep a window open partially if the weather / temp permits, it should help some, also is your bed comfy.? if its not the proper style for you, ie: hardness, size, stuff as such, it could also be a small factorHealth Question & Answer
