How do you twist your knee?!

you probably had your lower part of your leg like tibia and fibula set in one position and quickly shifted to another not giving time for the rest of your leg to twist.. this most likely will happen if you play basketball, football, or soccer. actually most sports like lacrosse, field hockey, softball.. pretty much everything except golf, swimming, foozball, pool, airhockey, ping pong (unless its extreme pingpong)Health Question & Answer
