Answers:
Sleeping postures indicate your psychological personality, needs and desires.
Sleeping on your stomach is like cuddling up into yourself. It brings a sense of safety, warmth and comfort.
Babies do it all the time.* I'm sure you did when you were one, as I did as well.
Perhaps you are experiencing added amounts of stress in your life and this is a natural way of stress relief.
Athough, it may feel very comfortable it can wreak havok on your already stressed back muscles. Maybe you can try sleeping on your side.? Elevated blood pressure is a sign of stressors in your life, among other things (see a professional) but,
stomach sleepers have lower night time blood pressure, after all.
And please, don't be so anxious, anxiety raises blood pressure!
Good luck to you and sweet dreams :)
