Question: 13 year old girl awful belly pains.?

I am 13 and I am a girl. I got my period February 29th 2007, when I was 11. Right under my belly button hurts AWFULLY maybe three days a week. It gets worse when I have to run or pee. Sometimes it hurts just randomly. It is absolutely unbearable! My family doctor said he has no clue of what it is. I also pee the bed.
