I keep having a "ticking" in my arm...?!

Question: I keep having a "ticking" in my arm....?
I have felt what feels like a vein (may be a muscle) in my arm have slight spasms for like four days now. It is not painful, and not constant, but is extremely annoying. The spasms are visibly noticeable so I believe it may be my muscle. It's very slight but it is becoming very annoying and I have no clue what it is. Anyone who can help me identify what this is would be a great help to me. Thanks.Health Question & Answer

This happens from time to time.
More often than not it's in your eye. Your eye lid will "flutter" just so slightly and cause an annoyance. This is due to the nerves and muscles reacting. Causing an involuntary motion.
Unfortunately there isn't much you can do to fix the situation other than wait it out. Eventually the nerve will calm down and the tick will stop.

One thing you can try however is rubbing the area when it starts to tick. Stimulating the nerve can sometimes cause it to readjust and stop the spasms, but not always.Health Question & Answer
