Am I on the right track to recovery from sleep deprivation?!


Question: Am I on the right track to recovery from sleep deprivation.?
Okay for the past six days (not including today) the most sleep that I got was 4 hours and the other days probably an hour each day or even less. Well last night I finally crashed in bed and slept for 13 hours. And what can I do.?

Since I slept for a whole 13 hours... why do I still feel so tired and weak.? And it was a deep 13 hours of sleep. I also still feel hazy and sort of confused but not as much as yesterday. I feel much better but not fully revived. But why.?Health Question & Answer
