Question: Help, ear infected, best way to help..?
i have recently got my ear pearced,however it has gotten inffected and is gettin
quite bad, its red, crusty around the hole and a inflamed n puffed up.
i have already changed to hoops as the studs were in to tight and making it worse
last resort is to take out and let it close up
but if any one knows anything besides just putting detol on it ..
please !!! tell me :(

Heya i'm training as a body piercer so i should be able to help.
To me this sounds less like an infection and more like an allergic reaction, go and find a professional body piercer and get them to change the rings you now have in to titanium or PTFE jewellery as this is pure and hypoallergenic and the chances are the rings you have in will cause similar problems.
DON'T put dettol on it please! It is far too strong and will cause more problems for you! You should be cleaning it in twice a day like this:
