Bed shaking at night?!


Question: Bed shaking at night.?
hi im 17 list night i wake up at 3 or 4 am and the bed was shaking....
or was i.....? well i dont know i fill like it's my bed i torn on my light
and setup but still it shak this going on for 1 or 2 hr!
i sleep with my dog he dont fill it i dont think
so if some one can help E- mail or some thing

well, in MY case...i have restless legs syndrome caused from sleep apnea, so my legs jerk & shake our bed all night long, and i never notice it. my hubby does, tho.
plus the dog sleeps with us, too...and he's constantly licking his paws and that shakes the bed, or he starts dreaming and THAT shakes the bed. it might be something in your sleep, like night terrors. it could be anything. Health Question & Answer

Are you on any medication.? If you are it could be from that and let your doctor know about it. Then check your house and see whats going on do you have railroad tracks by your house are a airport. Do you hear sounds when this happens. Pay attention the next time it happens.Health Question & Answer

it could have been a dream that caused you to wake in such a state, that you were shaking. or perhaps your dog kicking in his sleep and knocked against you....Health Question & Answer
