Second is also False. Electricity does everything it can to reach the ground through the shortest way possible. Once it reached the ground it disperses and goes away. It will not come back up your legs.
Third is also False. Right after they are struck the electricity follows the shortest route through their body to the ground and disperses. However this does not mean that you can not be struck by lighting yourself if you are near the patient right after the strike. If the circumstances were favorable enough to cause the victim to be struck by lighting, a minute later the circumstances are most likely still favorable to lighting striking the same area again. The statement that lighting never strikes the same place twice is also false.
The fourth statement is absolutely True. Like I said in the first statement lightning strike victims have a very high likelihood of resuscitation from cardiac arrest.
