Question: How or why did he die.?

a guy(overweight) i know was out hunting, and told his dad he was tired and just fell asleep in the truck, minutes later he quit breathing...anyone have any idea as to how he died.? The local hospital didn't do an autopsy, so we are in wonder right now. i mentioned he was overweight, because maybe that had something to do with it...he may have had diabetes, heart disease..etc...I don't know... thank youHealth Question & Answer
