Question: My back clicks! =| help please! .?
about a month ago now my friend clicked my bak for me! he went behind me and lifted me up then bent backwards and i felt my whole spine click from top to bottom. previously i had no problems with my back atall. However since this happened i sometimes get pain in my back and it always clicks when i turn my whole body or bend forwards and backwardss. and if im siting in the same position for a while my back begins to ache and when i click my spine it stops aching. do i need help!.? is there something wrong with me!.? does any1 know how to stop the clicking.?.? :( please help im realy woried!Health Question & Answer

Your friend might have messed it up. Or he might not have.
Sitting in the same position for a while can give anyone back pain.
And the more you crack your back, the easier it becomes to crack it, even just by turning. Happens to me all the time.
