I can't walk on my foot... don't know why?!

Question: I can't walk on my foot... don't know why.?
I can't remember doing anything today that would make it hurt. But all of a sudden I can't put pressure on my right foot. The veins are all popped up and it hurts really bad. Any ideas.? What can I do to relieve the pain.? Is there something that could be wrong if I didn't do something to injure it.? Help please..... Health Question & Answer

Sounds like there might be swelling maybe a slight sprain. I know when I had something similar I iced my ankle and kept it elevated. The swelling disappeared and the pain too. Then take it easy for a couple of days (Ex. not a lot of walking and no sports).

If you still have problems then you should see your family doctor.

Hope that helps.

The best thing to do would definitely be to ask your Dr. In the mean time pack it with some ice and keep it up for a while. Use a support bandage too.
