Has anyone taken Chantix to quit smoking.? It's working great... better than any method I've tried and haven't smoked in a almost two weeks. But man... my mood is CRAPPY! I have a short fuse and am just generally irritable and sort of depressed. Has anyone else run into this.?Health Question & Answer

Stop using this medication and call your doctor at once if you have any mood or behavior changes, or if you feel agitated, depressed, or have thoughts about suicide or hurting yourself.
Less serious side effects are more likely, and you may have none at all. Chantix can cause persistent nausea for up to several months. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or is especially bothersome.
